Terms of Use
Terms that apply to everyone who creates a Antik Çağ account and plays the game.
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply to anyone ("Player") using the Antik Çağ game and all services at https://antikcag.com, operated by XSunucu İnternet Teknolojileri (the "Company"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Account
2.1. One person may hold one account. Playing a single world with multiple accounts is prohibited.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or rented.
2.3. Players under 13 may not create an account. Players under 18 must have parental consent for purchases.
2.4. You must provide accurate and current information at registration.
3. Game rules
3.1. Bots, macros, scripts and any tool that plays the game automatically are prohibited.
3.2. Attempts to modify the client, network traffic or server responses are prohibited.
3.3. Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it is prohibited. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
3.4. Harassment, insults, discrimination, threats, spam and advertising are prohibited.
3.5. Account sharing is allowed only within limits explicitly permitted by the game rules (such as holiday sitting).
3.6. Trading in-game currency or items for real money is prohibited.
4. Enforcement
For rule violations the Company may issue warnings, revoke in-game gains, or suspend an account temporarily or permanently. You may appeal to [email protected]. If an account is permanently closed, the refund conditions in the Distance Sales Agreement apply to any unspent Premium Point balance.
5. Virtual goods and Premium Points
5.1. Premium Points (PP) and all in-game items grant a right of use inside Antik Çağ only; they carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2. When a world closes, the in-game assets of that world end. The account-level Premium Point balance remains usable in other worlds.

6. Advertising
The game may include optional rewarded ads and in-app ad placements. Rewarded-ad rewards are credited only after the ad provider's server-side verification completes.
7. Availability
The Company may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical necessity. Unit, building and research values may be rebalanced; such changes do not create a right to a refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Antik Çağ name, logo, artwork, texts, audio and software components belong to the Company. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, devices or third-party services, nor for data loss or indirect damages.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced in-game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Trabzon have jurisdiction. For players qualifying as consumers, the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
